Last weekend, I was scheduled to fly back to Cebu via Zest Air. With the very inefficient customer service, they didn’t allow me to board on my scheduled flight. Zest Air’s supervisor advised me to purchase another ticket. Too frustrated, I cried. I cried everywhere - - to the customer service lady, to the guard near the entrance, to the guard near the exit, to the guy selling load, to the sales agent who I talked to and to my mum over the phone.
After my outburst, I finally calmed down. When I stood up, the guard finally approached me and said, “Ma’am, bukas po zipper niyo.”

wahahaha.. kalimot na sad ka magzipper?? the last tym i read about the same incident kay wen u wer doing TI.. hahaha.. u made me laugh again, girlfriend.. hehe.. and u easily cry nowadays.. the gates have been opened! wahaha
