Mike, My College School Crush

Mike was my college super crush. While I was in Singapore, he had been texting and Facebooking me non-stop. I was intrigued.

Finally, he caught me on Facebook again and asked how and where I was. When I told him I was back in Cebu, he said finally. “Wanna have coffee sometime? “ I was flippant. Then, he paused.

“I got a business proposal for you. I have been trying to catch you for a business venture but you were too busy for the past two months.”

Lesson learned. Never assume. It makes an ass out of you and me. Again, I would to reiterate that to me, it makes an ass out of me. J
