Nine months ago, I borrowed someone else’s dream. – The Singapore dream. Luckily on unluckily, I got an offer which led me to resign to my previous job. For some unknown reason, my pass got rejected which left me out of job for the past two months.
And since I was out of job, I left the Philippines, to see the other side of the fence.
When I left at the airport, I/O was a struggle. I saw three Pinays boarding on the same plane, who went back to the Philippines without seeing Singapura.
Now, I am chasing a dream. I’m back to square one because when I got here, I forgot why I am here in the first place.
Was it to escape from my family’s financial obligation? Or was wanting to find love in the concrete jungles? Or is it for me to be successful in order to help others?
