Reminiscing.. Because my supervisor assigned me to work on an 11 hour-shift on a red-calendar holiday, even there is nothing else to do on a gloomy Rizal Day.

I'm usually behind the computer aligning the cells in excel so I don't do usually do interviews or conduct training invitations anymore. One Saturday, I was the only one left in the office. Apparently there were several applicants in tow.
I was fidgeting while handing out their Training Invitations. It was my first time to conduct invitations for twelve people. Everyone was carefully watching at me -- giving me occasional eye contacts followed by an ogle at my long long legs. I felt conscious. I must look really hot today, I thought.
Then a (im)polite lady broke my assumption.
"Excuse me, Miss. Before you start.. your fly's open."

Bleeding toes. I never thought my own four-inched heels would stab me. But it did. As I stepped down the jeepney, I accidentally stepped down on my right toe. I thought I stepped on something sticky. When I looked down, my sandals were already drenched in blood.
